Not gonna lie, I was expecting a bit more to choose from. Some brands and sizes I was looking for weren’t available, and a few sections felt limited. The site itself is fine to use, but the selection could definitely be better.

I used Trekkinn in English and also clicked around some of the local pages. Overall, the translations were clear enough that I could compare items and order without any real trouble, which I appreciated because I was mainly trying to find the best price. A few product descriptions sounded a bit awkward or too directly translated, but nothing that stopped me from understanding what I was buying. It could feel a little more natural, but for the prices I found, it was definitely usable and good enough for me

I placed my order because the item clearly said it was in stock, then the next day they just cancelled it. Kind of frustrating, like why make it look available if it isn’t? Should’ve been a simple order, but somehow it turned into a hassle

The refund took a bit longer than I was expecting, which was kind of annoying, but in the end it all got sorted out, so it was okay

The only thing that keeps it from being a perfect experience for me is that the points system can be a little confusing at times. Sometimes it’s not super clear how much you’re getting or when it updates, and it doesn’t always feel instant. Still, it’s a nice extra perk, and I’d say it’s worth it if you shop there more than once.
