Same experience as the last person, though it's my son's birthday present that is supposed to be here now. Bought mid-April, arrival by May 8, now no date for arrival has been given. The birthday is May 14. When I enquired about where the parcel is, they noted it was shipped today - as in now! - My order number is 38271864. And so everyone is aware, VISA attributed this company to where the leak happened with my credit card number. Fraudulent charges were then charged to my card. I had to cancel my card and get a new number. I would not buy from this company.

Saw a few different reviews on Trekkinn, but decided to try them. Very glad I did, the product arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

Everything was as per my order, so very pleased. Couple that with a great price what more can i say!

The website is easy to use and I was able to find all the information I needed about the climbing harness I bought. Delivey wise, the harness was packaged correctly to prevent any damage it could sustained during shipping. Definitely a company I will be returning to for more purchases in the future.

Where is my order - it should have arrived by the 8th May, then the date changed to 11th/12th and now it's changed again to 14th/15th . The item is for my daughter birthday present before she goes travelling - soon it will be too late for her .My order number is 38447182. Really disappointed that there's no way of contacting you or tracking a package that hasn't actually even left your depot despite giving a delivery date at time of purchase.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Criminal practices. AVOID.

EDIT - to reply to their reply, I have tried for months with their customer service via that email address they have provided - No solution still.

I returned two items, and they claimed that only one item was received. After two months of emails, they have still refused to refund me over £160 for some trousers that they have definitely received.

36583365 and 36445935 returned in the same package to save environmental costs.

Avoid - Awful service with no communication. Ordered a product on 24th April. Delivery date given was May 1st. No sign of the parcel on the date so logged on to my account and delivery date had changed to May 10th.. I received no notification about the delay. I logged in today and delivery date has moved again to May 15th- again received mo communication about change from company. Extra disappointing as the item ordered was a gift. Have now cancelled my order and hoping I don’t have as much delays with the refund.

I am trying to get hold of this poorly managed company but all I am getting back are just generated emails saying that someone will get back to me. I have purchased an item over month ago , never received it and never got my money back. The tracking number shows that the parcel has been delivered back to sender. There is no update no communication from them and no estimated money return time. That was expensive purchase for me and I have been left with no money to purchase another item. I seriously advice you to do not put yourself at risk and deal with this company. I am planning to tell all my hiking community and their friends to DO NOT EVER CONCIDER buying from this scammed website.

My wife is still disputing a parcel not delivered at Christmas. This company is taking no responsibility and passing the buck, resulting Klarna account on hold.

Don’t be fooled by the low prices on the google sponsored search. You’ll end up paying for delivery and custom charges and also expect the delivery to arrive weeks late.

Great prices and fast delivery

Delivery. I have ordered twice from Trekkin and both times the delivery hasn’t worked. 1st time, delivered to wrong address. 2nd time, it has been 12 days and still waiting on the package.
